Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
For export, mixed items are allowed with a minimum of 1 carton per item. For India there is no strict minimum, and bulk orders get a better rate.
What payment terms do you offer for export?
T/T with 30% advance and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. For larger orders we can also work on L/C at sight.
How can I pay for an order in India?
UPI, NEFT or RTGS, with a GST invoice.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available. The sample cost and courier are paid by the buyer, and the sample cost is adjusted against your bulk order.
How long does delivery take?
Stock items are dispatched in 2 to 5 days. Custom and bulk orders take 15 to 30 days.
How is the glassware packed?
Export-grade, glass-safe packing in cartons, with pallet options for larger shipments.
